This all electric lubrication system is specifically designed to lubricate 348 and log-type overhead conveyor chains. It is designed to lubricate chain pins and trolleys with single or dual race ball bearing wheels at the same time. The system delivers a precise metered shot of lubricant eliminating drips and wasted lubricant while extending the lifespan of the chain. The user controlled programmable controller precisely controllers the amount and frequency of the lubricant applied.

 

The system is supplied by an all electric pumping station with 6, 12 or 65 gallon capacity. These systems are specifically designed for use with thin film type lubricants.
